Members who qualify for WHEAP may also qualify for a one-time bill credit through SCEC's Energy Assistance Program.
If your household income does not exceed 60 percent of State Median Income and you have qualified for heating assistance through your county of residence, you may also qualify for assistance with your SCEC electric bill. These funds are applied as a credit directly on qualified members' electric bills.
You must qualify through your county of residence first (see contact information below).
